Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 Cup yogurt whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons rice milk (you can also use almond, soy, whole, or breast milk)

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until thick, but smooth.
  2. Serve.
