Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 scoops Skoop Plant Based Protein Breakfast Protein Powder
- 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients above (in the exact order listed) in a high performance blender. Blend on smoothie setting for 45 seconds. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes
- Blueberries - You can use fresh or frozen blueberries for this recipe.
- Yogurt - I prefer vanilla yogurt, but plain works fine too.
- Freezer Pack - You could create easy freezer packs by having pre-measured blueberries. bananas, yogurt, and honey to each pack. Freeze and then all you have to do is thaw for a few minutes on the counter, throw them in the blender with the Skoop protein powder and blend. No ice needed if you do this method!
