Ingredients

  • 2 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup butter Softened (1 Stick, salted
  • 3/4 Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 egg large
  • 3 banana Mashed, ripe
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°f (175°C). Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light in color and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next one.
  5. Mix in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 45 Minutes, or the center of the banana bread comes out clean when a toothpick is inserted into it.
  9. Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and allow it to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
