Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • A pinch of kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Pecans
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour oats into a jar. Top the oats with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Place a lid on the jar and shake until all ingredients are incorporated and mixed thoroughly.
  3. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
  4. When ready to eat, you can top them with additional pecans and banana or eat as is! I like mine with a small dollop of whip cream.
