Banana Cashew Smoothie
This banana cashew smoothie blends ripe bananas, raw cashews, almond milk, and a date for natural sweetness into a creamy, nutrient-rich drink. Ingredients
- 60 g cashew approx 1/2 cup, raw
- 240 ml almond milk or a mixture with water, 1 cup
- 1 date soft, pitted
- 2 banana ripe, peeled
- lemon juice to taste
- ice handful
- 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
Instructions
- Add everything in to your (powerful) blender and whiz until the cashews are smooth and creamy.
