Banana Cashew Smoothie

This banana cashew smoothie blends ripe bananas, raw cashews, almond milk, and a date for natural sweetness into a creamy, nutrient-rich drink.   • 60 g cashew approx 1/2 cup, raw
  • 240 ml almond milk or a mixture with water, 1 cup
  • 1 date soft, pitted
  • 2 banana ripe, peeled
  • lemon juice to taste
  • ice handful
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
