Banana Coconut Cream Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 coconut milk 15 ounce can
  • 2 banana large
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut shredded

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine 1/2 cup coconut milk, bananas, 2 tablespoons honey and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract in food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Divide the banana mixture among the popsicle molds. Layer the coconut mixture on top of the banana mixture. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.
  3. To remove popsicles from molds, dip in warm water for 10 to 30 seconds. Enjoy!

Notes

  • *You may use regular or almond milk instead of the coconut milk. And you may substitute the honey for maple syrup.
