Ingredients

  • 200g ripe bananas
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey Optional
  • Ice cubes Optional

Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas into chunks and add them to a blender.
  2. Pour in the milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if desired).
  3. To make a cold milkshake, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend the ingredients until they are smooth and creamy, which should take about 1-2 minutes.
