Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup bananas mashed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- berries optional topping
- bananas optional topping
Instructions
- Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the egg, milk, banana and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Let batter rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Melt butter on griddle and pour batter in 1/4 cups onto hot griddle. When there are bubbles on top, flip over and cook until golden brown.
