Ingredients
- 1½ cup milk or more
- 2 banana ideally frozen
- 3 to 3½ cups peaches frozen
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavoured
- 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup

- In a high-powered blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until creamy. Add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
