Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana , peeled and split lengthwise
  • 1 coop chocolate ice cream
  • 1 coop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 coop strawberry ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate ganache
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple topping
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry topping
  • 1/4 cup Whipped Cream
  • 3 maraschino cherries , with stems
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts , roughly chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add banana to banana split dish (or chop into bowl).
  2. Add ice cream scoops in chocolate, vanilla, then strawberry order from front to back.
  3. Add chocolate ganache drizzled over chocolate ice cream.
  4. Add pineapple topping over vanilla ice cream.
  5. Add strawberry topping over strawberry ice cream.
  6. Top each scoop with whipped cream.
  7. Top with cherries over whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle peanuts over entire dish.
