Banana Sushi- A Super Easy Kid's Snack

These banana sushi bites are a super quick snack that you can have from your kitchen to plate in just a few minutes for your hungry kids!

Ingredients

  • 6 inch tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter Use your favorite peanut butter, nut butter or nut butter alternative
  • 1 banana

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Lay tortilla on the plate. Spread peanut butter all over the tortilla.
  2. Peel banana, then place on the edge of the tortilla on top of peanut butter.
  3. Roll banana in a tortilla and peanut butter so that the tortilla covers the entire outside of the banana. The peanut butter will stick to the banana holding the roll together.
  4. Slice the banana snack into rounds. Enjoy!
