Banana Sushi (Just 3 Ingredients!)

All you need is 3 ingredients and 15 min to make this yummy banana sushi - Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan, kids will love it!

Ingredients

  • 2 banana
  • 70 g dark chocolate high-quality 72%, melted
  • 100 g pistachios roasted, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and stick a toothpick at both ends, so it's easier to hold them while you cover them with chocolate.
  2. Cover the bananas with melted chocolate, then sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
  3. Put them in the freezer for a couple of minutes, to allow the chocolate to set.
  4. Once the chocolate is hard enough, cut the bananas into bite-sized sushi pieces with a sharp knife.
  5. Serve on their own or with extra melted chocolate for dipping. Enjoy!
