Ingredients

  • 1 protein powder I used whey; use a plant-based protein powder, if desired, vanilla flavor, scoop, choice of brand
  • 2 banana cut into halves, frozen
  • 2 clementine segmented into quarters, frozen
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy!
