  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • Whipped cream & caramel sauce for topping

  1. Make Bananas Foster: In a pan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar and cinnamon. Add banana slices and cook until caramelized.
  2. Add Rum (Optional): Pour in rum, then carefully ignite to flambé. Let the flames subside, then remove from heat.
  3. Prepare Pudding: Whisk together milk and pudding mix until thick. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  4. Assemble Layers: In a dish, layer vanilla wafers, pudding, and caramelized bananas. Repeat layers.
  5. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce before serving.
