Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean pork chop
- 2 cups of hickory and brown sugar BBQ sauce
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season the pork chop with salt and pepper.
- Coat the pork chops with barbecue sauce. Let it stay for 3 hours.
- Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan.
- Add the mixed vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- Grill the pork chops in medium heat for about 10 to 12 minutes per side (depending on thickness). Baste with remaining BBQ sauce.
- Transfer on a serving plate. Serve with mixed veggies and mashed potatoes.
