Ingredients
- 3 ½ cups water

- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in the Instant Pot.
- Press porridge mode and set for 3 minutes. Make sure vent is in "sealing" position (see note).
- When the Instant Pot beeps, carefully move the vent to the "venting" position. I use the handle of a wooden spoon to avoid burns.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- This recipe can be customized any way you like! Check out the recipe for apple cinnamon Instant Pot oatmeal.
- The Instant Pot will take a few minutes to pressurize and de-pressurize, you don't need to push anything to make this happen. It will happen automatically. I manually vent (as described in the recipe) to speed up the process.
