Ingredients
- ½ cup good mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup basil leaves, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 large clove of garlic, minced
- 1 anchovy filet, chopped
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, basil, green onions, lemon juice, garlic, and anchovy together in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Seal with a lid and set aside in the refrigerator to allow flavors to mingle until ready to use. Enjoy!
