Basil Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup good mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 anchovy filet, chopped
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, basil, green onions, lemon juice, garlic, and anchovy together in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Taste and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. 
  3. Seal with a lid and set aside in the refrigerator to allow flavors to mingle until ready to use. Enjoy!
