Basil Oil
Making basil oil is incredibly easy, and you'll be amazed at how often you want to use it in your cooking. Flavorful and aromatic, basil oil will be easily enjoyed over salads, grilled vegetables, and simple bruschetta. The possibilities are endless.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce basil fresh
- 1 cup olive oil
- salt salt
- black pepper pepper
Instructions
- Blanch basil for 2 seconds in boiling water. Remove and place in the food processor with the salt, pepper and olive oil
- Puree until a smooth.
