BBQ Chicken Nachos Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups tortilla chips 3 good handfuls
  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce divided
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated, or any cheese you have, sharp
desired toppings:
  • green onion sliced
  • Bacon cooked
  • cilantro chopped
  • Pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil. Line baking sheet in a single layer of tortilla chips.
  2. In a small bowl, stir chopped chicken with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce or more to moisten. Microwave 1 minute to warm chicken thoroughly.
  3. Spoon chicken overtop chips evenly and drizzle remaining BBQ sauce over chicken. Top with shredded cheese.
  4. Broil until cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven and top with any desired toppings. Serve immediately with more BBQ sauce and/or sour cream.
