Ingredients
- 2 lbs (1kg) chicken wings mid sections and drumettes
- 4 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons homemade dry rub
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, marinate the chicken wings with all the ingredients. Mix well to ensure the wings are evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken wings to marinate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill. Grill the marinated chicken wings until they are golden brown and nicely charred on both sides. Serve immediately.
