BBQ Chicken Wings

Honey bbq chicken wings marinated with homemade dry rub, garlic, honey and soy sauce. These wings have crispy skin, juicy and flavorful and perfect for outdoor grilling!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (1kg) chicken wings mid sections and drumettes
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons homemade dry rub
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken wings with all the ingredients. Mix well to ensure the wings are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the chicken wings to marinate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat the grill. Grill the marinated chicken wings until they are golden brown and nicely charred on both sides. Serve immediately.
