BBQ Pork Chops Recipe

Baked BBQ Pork Chops are tender, juicy, and smothered in homemade barbecue sauce. They are so easy to make for a weeknight family dinner!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 6 pork chops 1 inch thick, boneless
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine ketchup, water, vinegar, sugars, mustard, pepper, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet. Cover each with 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

  • Lining the baking pan with aluminum foil makes for easier clean up.
