Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 pork chops 1 inch thick, boneless
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine ketchup, water, vinegar, sugars, mustard, pepper, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet. Cover each with 2 tablespoons of bbq sauce. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
