Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast can be a mix of breasts and thighs
  • 2 cups Memphis BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken. Move chicken around so that the sauce coats everything
  2. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 2-3 hours on High or 4-6 hours on Low.
  3. Once the chicken has finished cooking (chicken should have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.) you can use two forks to pull the meat apart and stir together with the sauce.
  4. Serve hot.
