- 1 package refrigerated BBQ pulled pork, 2 and 1/2 cups
- 2-3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ thinly sliced small red onion
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 Thinly sliced jalapeño
- 6 ounces grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 ounces grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8 lices Bacon
- chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking sheet with nonstick spray and then evenly sprinkle the 2-3 tablespoons yellow cornmeal. Roll the 1 package refrigerated pizza dough out to fit the pan.
- Top the dough with the 1 package refrigerated BBQ pulled pork, ½ thinly sliced small red onion, 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1 thinly sliced jalapeño, 6 ounces grated Monterey Jack cheese, and 6 ounces grated mozzarella cheese.
- Follow the directions on the pizza dough package to bake the pizza.
- While the pizza is baking, cook the 8 slices bacon. Drain the grease and coarsely chop it into small pieces.
- Top the cooked pizza with bacon pieces and chopped cilantro. Serve fresh!
