BBQ Steak and Horseradish Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 small Avocados peeled and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mash the avocados in a small bowl.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and chill at least an hour to let the flavors blend.
  4. Prepare your steak on the BBQ then slice into small pieces and dip!
