Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 package Curly's BBQ Pulled Pork
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • pickled jalapenos sliced
  • green onion chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat Curly's BBQ according to directions on package.
  2. Cut avocados in half and remove pit.
  3. Use a spoon to hollow out a larger hole in the middle of each avocado. Save this extra avocado - we'll use it later.
  4. When barbecue is warm, spoon into the middle of each avocado, so that it is even across the top.
  5. Chop up the extra avocado that you removed earlier and place chunks of avocado on top of the barbecue.
  6. Add another spoonful of barbecue, so that each avocado is piled about an inch high.
  7. Top with cheese and broil for 2 minute.
  8. Remove from oven and top with sliced jalapeño and chopped green onion.
