Beanie Weenies

With only 5 minutes of prep and 3 ingredients, these brown sugar beanie weenies are by far one of the easiest appetizers!

Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) package mini smoky links
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread smoky links in a baking dish and crumble brown sugar over the top.
  3. Pour pineapple juice over smokies
  4. Bake for 45 minutes. After the sugar has dissolved, baste 3-4 times during the 45-minute baking time. Serve.

Notes

  • Crock pot instructions. Mix all the ingredients and cook on LOW for 1-2 hours. Stir occasionally. Once cooked, turn to warm and serve straight from the pot.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Reheat them in the microwave, on the stovetop, or heat them in the oven for a few minutes.
