Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Beef and broccoli stir fry is a delicious, quick and easy recipe made in only 20 minutes, perfect for weeknight dinners in a hurry!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce tamari for gluten free
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 8 oz pad thai rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup Vidalia onions sliced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli or broccolini
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ¼ cup green onions sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine the soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey and chili paste in a small bowl, set aside.
  2. Cook the rice noodles according to package directions, drain, rinse in cold water and set aside.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the onions and broccoli, saute 4-5 minutes, then add the garlic and ginger, saute an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Add the beef and cook through.
  6. Drain any grease from the beef, then add the noodles and sauce to the pan.
  7. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, add the green onions and serve.
