Beef Stew Seasoning

Homemade beef stew seasoning that you can use instead of the store-bought packets! Use two heaping tablespoons of the mix per stew recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together the ingredients until combined. Store in a glass jar.
  2. To use instead of a packet of stew seasoning, simply shake the jar to combine the ingredients again and use two heaping tablespoons to season your stew.

  • This is enough seasoning for approximately 6 stews
