Beer Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip
This recipe for Beer Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip is one of my absolute faves. It's so simple. It's wonderfully rich, creamy and savory. You have to make it!

Ingredients:
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup beer we used Blue Moon
- 1 Ranch dressing mix packet
- 1 cup Bacon chopped, cooked
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Directions:
- Place cream cheese, beer, and ranch dressing mix in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy (couple of minutes).
- Add in the cheddar cheese, sour cream and bacon and mix on low till blended.
