Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tablespoon white granulated sugar
  • 1 12 oz. bottle of beer
  • 3 tablespoon salted butter melted
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  2. In a large bowl combine self-rising flour, sugar, and a bottle of beer. Mix well until all the flour is incorporated. Once it’s all combined it will be very sticky dough.
  3. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and place the dough into the pan; making sure to even out the dough.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and then remove from the oven. Pour the melted butter on top of the partially cooked bread. Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  5. Let the bread rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
