Beer Bread Recipe
Beer Bread Recipe combines all-purpose flour, baking powder, two types of sugar, salt, and a 12-ounce beer to create a yeast-free loaf. The bread is baked in a loaf pan with melted butter poured on top, forming a crisp crust while the inside remains moist.
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 12 ounce beer use your favorite
- 1/2 cup butter melted, unsalted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, next, add the beer and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Pour melted butter uniformly over mixture.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, after which place bread on a wire rack to continue cooling.
- Slice and serve.
