Ingredients
- 1 pound wide macaroni noodles, cooked
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) light beer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup steak bites, cooked
Instructions
- Place a large pot over high heat. Add beer and cream cheese.
- Allow beer to simmer.
- Using a wire whisk, break up cream cheese into smaller pieces.
- Add cheddar cheese.
- Warm and whisk until completely smooth.
- Pour cooked noodles and steak bites into cheese sauce.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes until sauce begins to thicken.
