Ingredients
- 2 Russet potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2/3 cup Guinness
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Peel and chop two large Russet potatoes — we used pieces that were about one inch wide and 1/4 inch thick so they'll crisp up quickly.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add butter and allow to melt, then add vegetable oil and stir to coat pan.
- Add potatoes to greased skillet and cook for about 5 minutes to start to crisp.
- Once potatoes start to brown, turn to cook the other side. Add Guinness, garlic powder, and brown sugar.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid reduces completely.
- While potatoes cook, prepare one package of Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Tenders according to directions on back of bag.
- Remove potatoes from heat and top with warm Cooked Perfect Fire Grilled Tenders. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
