Ingredients
- 1 medium beet diced (see notes)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup light coconut milk shake the can well before you open it to mix the cream with the milk
- ½ cup cold water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Drink up your raw beet smoothie!
