Benihana Ginger Sauce
You can make Benihana Japanese Steakhouse Ginger Dipping Sauce just like they do at a restaurant.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
- 1 ounce ginger root
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to develop.
