Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 5 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon whole coriander
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- Lightly roast coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds. Allow to cool and then grind.
- Mix with rest of the spices and keep in an airtight container.
- Makes about 4 tablespoon of spice mix.
