Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 5 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon whole coriander
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Lightly roast coriander seeds and fenugreek seeds. Allow to cool and then grind.
  2. Mix with rest of the spices and keep in an airtight container.
  3. Makes about 4 tablespoon of spice mix.
