Bernard Matthews Turkey Drummers In Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Frozen Bernard Matthew Turkey Drummers
  • extra virgin olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Remove the frozen turkey drummers from the packaging and spread out in the air fryer basket. Don’t worry if some are stuck together as its easy to separate once they are starting to defrost. Then air fry turkey drummers for 6 minutes at 160c/320f.
  2. When the air fryer beeps if you do have some stuck together use a knife to get in between them, then separate them and spread out in the air fryer basket.
  3. Cook the drummers for a further 6 minutes, this time at 180c/360f and then turn them over with tongs.
  4. Spray the drummers with olive oil and then air fry for a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f or until they are golden to your liking.

Notes

  • Crispy. Please note to make your air fryer turkey drummers crispy we used some extra virgin olive oil spray. This is of course optional and personal preference.
