Berries and Yogurt Parfait

We go nuts for berries and yogurt parfait! What’s not to love about creamy yogurt, sweet berries, and a crunch from homemade granola? Make this for a yummy grab-and-go breakfast or even a midnight snack!

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces PLAIN yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries
  • 2 cups granola

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract together and stir until well combined.
  2. To assemble the parfaits, start by adding 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of a bowl or jar.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  4. Repeat the layers of yogurt and berries until you reach the top of the bowl or jar.
  5. Finish with a layer of granola on top.
  6. Drizzle additional honey on top of the granola.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
