Ingredients
- 1 cups milk of any kind..almond milk or coconut are wonderful too
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- ½ tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup strawberries sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, blend honey and vanilla with milk.
- Stir in chia seeds.
- Pour into a mason jar or container.
- Chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator or overnight.
- Top with fresh berries, nuts/ nut butter, fruit, granola, etc

Notes
- Nutritional information includes a ½ cup each of strawberries and blueberries.
- Use stevia or other sweeteners of choice in lieu of honey or maple syrup.
- If your pudding is not thick enough, add more chia seeds. Start with ½ tablespoon and let it sit a little longer.
