Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen
- 60 g frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 125 g banana yogurt
- 1 small squeeze lemon juice
- 1/2 kiwi sliced
- 2-3 strawberries sliced
- 8 g pine nuts toasted
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Put the banana, frozen berries, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in a food processor and blitz until completely smooth (add a splash of water if needed).
- Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top with chopped strawberries, kiwi, chia seeds and toasted pine nuts.

Notes
- You can toast the pine nuts but adding them to a small dry frying pan and heat them for a couple minutes whilst shaking the pan until the are toasted on both sides.
