Ingredients

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 60 g frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 125 g banana yogurt
  • 1 small squeeze lemon juice
  • 1/2 kiwi sliced
  • 2-3 strawberries sliced
  • 8 g pine nuts toasted
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put the banana, frozen berries, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in a food processor and blitz until completely smooth (add a splash of water if needed).
  2. Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top with chopped strawberries, kiwi, chia seeds and toasted pine nuts.

Notes

  • You can toast the pine nuts but adding them to a small dry frying pan and heat them for a couple minutes whilst shaking the pan until the are toasted on both sides.
