- 1 pack neutral plain cookies like maria cookies about 2 cups
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 1 clementine zested
- 1/2 orange zested and juiced
- 1 egg
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen, if frozen do not thaw)
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen, if frozen do not thaw)
- 1 tablespoon poppyseeds
- confectioner's sugar for dusting (optional)
Notes

- This recipe works with fresh or frozen berries. If using frozen berries, do not thaw them.
