Berry Smoothie

Enjoy a healthy berry smoothie made with Greek yogurt, baby kale, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale baby
  • 1 banana ripe
  • 1 heaping cup mixed berries frozen
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt 4 Tbsp; can be any type of yogurt, non-fat
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 ¼ cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Put baby kale, banana, frozen mixed berries, yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk in an electric blender/mixer or NutriBullet.
  3. Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
