Berry Smoothie
Enjoy a healthy berry smoothie made with Greek yogurt, baby kale, banana, chia seeds, and almond milk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale baby
- 1 banana ripe
- 1 heaping cup mixed berries frozen
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt 4 Tbsp; can be any type of yogurt, non-fat
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 ¼ cup almond milk
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Put baby kale, banana, frozen mixed berries, yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk in an electric blender/mixer or NutriBullet.
- Blend until all the ingredients are combined and smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
