Berry Smoothie Bowls

Thick and creamy smoothie bowl made with frozen mixed berries, banana, milk, and honey. Then topped with a variety of fun toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 3/4 Cup light coconut milk coconut-almond milk or almond milk
  • Low-calorie sweetener or honey to taste
  • Assorted toppings such as fresh berries sliced almonds, unsweetened shredded coconut, mint sprigs, granola, chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Place the 1 1/2 Cup Frozen mixed berries, 1 Banana, and 3/4 Cup Light coconut milk in the blender and blend until a thick and smooth mixture forms. You may need to add a bit more of the milk to thin to the desired consistency.
  2. Taste and add Low-calorie sweetener or honey to taste if desired.
  3. Divide the smoothie evenly between two bowls and top with fresh berries, shredded coconut, almonds, chia seeds or any other Assorted toppings such as fresh berries as desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • top with any of your favorite toppings
  • you may use frozen berries and bananas
  • Consider adding a scoop of protein powder for added protein.
