Berry Spinach Protein Smoothie
Creamy and delicious, this Berry Spinach Protein Smoothie is packed with protein and fiber to give you lasting energy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
- ½ banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- 1 coop protein powder
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon ginger optional, grated fresh
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ice handful
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Notes
- Depending on the strength of your blender, you may wish to puree everything but the ice first and then add the ice for a final pulse.
