Ingredients
- 26 ounce Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- ¾ cup bittersweet chocolate
- ½ cup pecans chopped
- 2 strawberries sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl mix the Greek yogurt with honey.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the entire baking sheet.
- Dot the chocolate in little mounds all over the bark. Use toothpicks to swirl the chocolate.
- Top with berries all over then with pecans.
- Freeze for 2 hours. Break the bark into pieces and serve. Store in airtight container in the freezer up to 2 months.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer and they'll last 2 months. Make sure to store them right after breaking them up, or they will stick and freeze together. Take out a few pieces at a time to enjoy them.
- If you store this in the fridge, it will thaw back into a yogurt-consistency. While that will still taste delicious with all those berries mixed in, it will no longer be bark!
