This Apple Pie Protein Smoothie Recipe is the ultimate healthy drink recipe for fall – ideal for breakfast, a snack or dessert!
Ingredients
- 1 apple (core removed & quartered)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
- 2 coops vanilla protein powder scoop
- ¼ cup oats
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon cloves ground
- 1-2 cups ice more or less to reach desired consistency, to thicken
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency.
- Pour into two tall glasses to serve.
