Ingredients
- 3 avocado ripe
- ½ yellow onion finely diced, small
- 2 Roma tomato diced
- 3 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped, fresh
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
- 2 garlic minced, cloves
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
Instructions
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop into a mixing bowl.
