Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin like Hendrick’s
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • 1-2 ounces dry champagne
  • Lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Stir well, but do not shake.
  3. Pour the cocktail into a champagne flute. Fill the top of the glass with champagne, approximately 1 to 2 ounces. Add a lemon twist to the glass and serve.
