Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup milk dairy or dairy-free
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple
  • ¼ avocado

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend together. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, or until creamy.
  2. Serve it up. Pour the green smoothie into glasses and enjoy!

Notes

  • Remember to freeze your bananas ahead of time! I cut my bananas in half and then store them in a Stasher bag in the freezer.
