Best Guacamole Recipe
This is hands down the Best Guacamole Recipe I have ever tried. It’s made with the freshest ingredients that give it superb flavor with a hint of spice. Make it for your next gathering and there won’t be leftovers!
Ingredients
- 3 avocado large, ripe
- 2 Roma tomato seeded and diced
- 3 Tbsp onion finely chopped; white onion
- 1 Clove garlic minced
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
- 3 Tbsp cilantro finely chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt sea salt
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, peel and remove the pit.
- Squeeze half of the lime over the avocados and mash with a fork until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well adding salt or more lime juice to taste and if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
